Like cost, design time depends on the complexity and level of detail of the building. As an example, the design time for a single-storey residential house with a useful floor area of 120m2 (AR, BK, BKD, stacking scheme) is on average 6 weeks.
Our buildings are located in Latvia, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Iceland, England, Germany, Belgium.
We also design foundations (slab, strip or column) for projects in Latvia
No, we do not develop these sections, but if the client has already developed these sections, they can be integrated into the building design (incorporated into the panel elements).
Yes, we submit the AR and BK sections of the construction project to BIS. Our designers are certified specialists.
Yes, there is a “ready-made projects” section on the website where you can view and buy ready-made projects, or you can contact us and we will find the right project for you.
