2. What is the scope of this privacy policy?
DEWOR’s Privacy and Data Processing Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”, applies to information that DEWOR collects about its customers and prospective customers, including the use of DEWOR’s services, and visits to DEWOR’s website www. dewor.lv, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.
3. For what purposes does DEWOR process your data?

The payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the owner of the platform Maksekeskus AS.
4. What information can we collect about you?
DEWOR collects the following information about you: name, surname, personal identification number, contact details (postal address, email address, telephone number), the date on which the customer relationship began and ended, your interests and other information you provide, such as your place of residence, email and chat correspondence, other communication history, your purchase history, your feedback and complaints, your personal data which must be processed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
5. Where do we collect your personal data?
The channels for obtaining personal data of the Customer are at the beginning of the Customer relationship through word of mouth, telephone conversations, information provided in writing or on the Site (filling in the application form), cookies and similar technologies, from advertisements placed by us on the Internet, your participation in surveys on social networks: facebook.com – dewor.lv.
6. Is your personal data regularly shared with others?
DEWOR shall ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.
DEWOR may transfer your personal data to third parties that provide services for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy within the limits of applicable laws and regulations.
